Despite high prices...Sherman was outstanding in his patience, understanding, knowledge and delivery of customer service. He really took his time during our phone conversation a month ago until my relocation here to AZ. When I came in, he immediately recalled our conversation from over a month ago! He was able to get me the unit I needed and was very personable. Sherman gets 5 stars...the 3 stars is due to the price increase in a month.

Place is clean and offer great deals. Sherman was nothing but exceptional at getting us a deal for a storage.. 5 stars

New review: We had to downsize our storage unit and Kathy the manager was very easy to work with, made the change without a hitch. (Had to rent the new one on line, and had to call to have her unlock the new storage since we couldn’t make it on a day they are open. I still disagree about the holiday closures, but that’s the corporate issue. **They would get more stars if it hadn't been for what happened to me and others on Sunday. I drove 90 miles to get there. It's the closest storage that has climate control available for us. We were unable to access our units because the gate was locked for HOLIDAY HOURS! ( found this later as the sun was on the keypad and couldn't read the issue)There was no holiday, I was able to get in because there was a guy that was already in. But then I couldn't access my inside unit and that was when I saw the holiday hours. So I was LOCKED INSIDE because you can't get in or out without your code! There emergency after hours sends you to the police dept! So I called them, they came out about 20 minutes later, they had a contact for after hours BUT NO ONE ANSWERED!! Meanwhile the guy that had come in had gone and we trying to figure out how to get me out. The guy luckily came back and I was able to leave. But there were several other people with the same issue. Monday I get a call apologizing for the incident from Kathy the mgr, explaining they had entered the wrong date for the closure, they are closed all holidays. So why the do they care if we go into in our units on holidays or not? They aren't there on Sundays (or obviously in case of emergencies) so why should holidays make any difference? It was either her or Frank the Dist mgr that said they want people to spend holidays with their families?!?? What?!? They now want to monitor people's family time? The whole incident was ridiculous, and they don't have any good reason for the holiday issue. If you want more access it's a very convoluted process which I am going to try to get authorization for. I have never rented a unit that was closed for Holidays and am checking with another place down the street to see availability because THEY ARE NOT CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS.

For a variety of reasons, I had to cancel a rental and reservation. The staff and management were pros. They heard me out and efficiently issued a refund.

Absolutely amazing customer service! We were never made to feel like we were wasting time, or asking too many questions. The entire facility was super clean and neat!

Price for size is great! Only downside is they do not allow access during holidays. This was rather inconvenient when we rented a truck two weekends in a row and had to extend the first one by a day, then go to another storage unit the second after driving 2 hours to get here. I understand closing for the major holidays, but is it really necessary to close for easter 2 weeks in a row?

This is not our first time using Sundance. The staff is wonderful. They work with us with any interface we have. They are proactive in suggesting the best way use their services. We have multiple storage bays at this point and believe we have the best storage in this area.

Got a unit same day, however it was not clean. Lady promised to clean by the time we needed to be in and she did. Reason for 4 stars is that no one ever answers the phone and then does not return message left. Also, even if sign on door says OPEN, you walk up and it is closed for lunch - at 3 pm. Had this happen more than once. Please turn off sign if you are not there and save a trip to front door.

Very pleasant experience. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were even given a tour. The unit is clean and so are the facilities. We are very pleased.

The office staff is efficient at their work. The problem is the process from corporate is not timely. An opportunity to get some or most of the paperwork done in advance would allow for more timely renting of units. Unit and facility are clean and well maintained.

We had a storage room with Advantage Storage here in Buckeye and it was absolutely the worst experience and the problem still isn't resolved. I would highly recommend Sundance Self Storage!!

We were in dire need of a storage unit close to home. While Sundance didn't have the size I needed that day, they took down my information and offered to call me the next week, as they anticipated to have a unit available. Much to my delight, they called the next day with a opening. We moved in that afternoon! Property is very clean, very secure, and employees are very accommodating and friendly. You won't be disappointed!

I am extremely impressed by the customer service of Kathie! I was coming from out of state and had spent 4 hours calling around to places to see which would allow a UPack to be delivered and have a climate controlled facility. Kathie got back to me promptly, reserved the unit on the 1st floor, and allowed the UPack trailer. When we arrived, I was so impressed by the cleanliness and space... Kathie was so kind and easy to work with - plus she walked me to the storage unit, opened it up so I can see inside, and helped me with extending some hours so we could unload in the evenings or early hours. Also, impressive was the prorated amount for July and the $29.99 for August. That was such a HUGE deal!! I will recommend this place and Kathie to anyone I come in contact with... thank you so much for your hospitality!!

Cathie was great. gave us a tour, answered all our questions before we asked them. the facility is spotless and really easy to get to. we were really impressed!

After researching storage units online, the reviews pointed to Sundance and I was not disappointed! I reserved a unit over the phone and upon arriving got to see the actual size of it first versus having to commit right away. I ended up upgrading at an awesome price and was impressed with the signing process and how easy it was. Everything was digital which meant I left with minimal paperwork. The storage itself is clean, quiet and seemingly very secure. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Very friendly helpful staff. I got a free first month rental. I love the ac storage so nothing gets ruined from the heat. Since my unit is on the second floor the elevator is awesome as well. Thanks for all you do.

I rented a 10×10 unit and the price was the best in the area, the security seems to be good, and the people were terribly easy and pleasant to work with

The only possible suggestion would be the electric door being unlocked so you don't have to enter your code to get in. It was a pain to enter it each time I was entering with a load while moving in. Over time it added time to moving in. Otherwise it was a good choice choosing this location.

Employees were extremely helpful and friendly. They made you feel right at home. Storage facilities were very clean. Searched out other storage units and they came out on top in every area we were concerned about. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility.
