I love it because the staff is very efficient and smart with updating all the holidays and display it on the office door. The days they have off and timing when they are gonna be in the office. Pulling up I notice how nice and clean the property was kept. office is also very nice and clean. Judy help me and did a great job answering all my questions. she is ice and very polite. I toured the facility and also talked to Dave that works there and was complementing how well it was kept up and how clean it was. it's all paved and you are not parking on dirt. Dave stop what he was doing to answer any more questions I might have had . And also explained how secure it is to park there .Customer Service from Judy and Dave was very refreshing and definitely solidified my decision. I just don't like having to purchase the different kind of lock. When I'm done storing my stuff what do I do with this lock?? Also, no carts, apparently they have been stolen. I was referred to the location in Northern with Dave as I am renting long term and it had a better option for me. Both Rani and Dave were amazing with a quick, friendly, and genuine service.
