We have to move our Class B RV from our driveway in the Anthem Country Club after having it there for over 2 and a half years. Contacted Anthem Storage & RV and they set me up with a space while I and another neighbor see if we can work with the HOA to allow Class B RVs in the driveway as they are no larger than a van and we both use them as second vehicles. The staff I worked with was very helpful and friendly. They showed me the spot, made sure my gate code worked, and showed me where the wash area was and the dump station. He is amazing goes above and beyond super conscientious, meticulous, and personable. My only complaint is that you're not open on holidays and holidays is when people usually move as most people work. That would be my only suggestion for changes. The lighting can be also a little dim in there because they've taken a light bulb out of every light bulb fixture in the entire facility so make sure you have a headlamp or something to see into your storage unit because they are pretty dark. We had signed up at different storage lot sight-un-seen. When we showed up it turned out to be a dive and when one of the four sheriff officers on scene investigating a crime advised us not to park there, we were in a bind at 5pm on a Friday night. - 4.04 starsAbove and beyond service from Milo running the place. The entire facility is immaculate spotless but not uncomfortable or pretentious. I was able to obtain unit exactly what I needed I called at night time and left a message with my name and number and they called back super early in the morning and told me that I would have a unit available then Milo stayed late and waited for me so I could get my credit card to secure the unit then he took me to it and the one next to it so I could see it with my own eyes and be sure that I wanted it they explained all of the processor going through the gate how to punch the code in any possible problems that there could be and honestly yes it's very very very expensive to have a unit there for the largest one I am paying over $400. So now that I have realized that there is definitely a premium involved in storage units in the month of April LOL, it definitely makes one reconsider the items they are choosing to store versus giveaway. - 5.05 starsEvery experience with Anthem Storage has been very positive. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The website interface is simple and easy to use and makes it hassle free. The facility is very clean and we're grateful for the air conditioning in our unit. The price was very reasonable and we love being able to get the loss protection just for the peace of mind. The only thing that I can see that could use some improvement are the loading dollies. The only one I like to use is the one with the caster wheels at the handle end. I didn't check to see if you can move the handle on the other carts but heavy loads are a challenge to maneuver.
