First and foremost in a positive light, the manager Austin, as as the rest of the employees there, have always done their best to accommodate answer all questions, and have proven to be a very strong and positive work group from this facility to its customers. My only two actual negatives about the storage facility, one - is that since the coronavirus has hit the storage units have gone up so much in cost they are literally outrageous, but then what are you to do, LOL. Two - at this particular location because of an instance having not to do with the majority of the customers, the bathrooms are only available if someone is on duty with the key, and as a general contractor I am usually in there very early or very late and not during office hours, which can make it very difficult when storing tools if I need to use the restroom which means driving over a mile away.
