- I highly recommend this facility. It is clean and easy to navigate. Ebony helped us through the process of choosing a proper unit size and is such a pleasure to deal with. I would give 10 stars if I could!Marie FSeptember 21, 2024GoogleWe have been with StorAmerica since 2022. We had a 10x30 and a 10x15 storage units. The facility is very well looked after. You constantly see the employees walking the rounds checking for unsecured units, passing out water and just making sure its all secure. Our primary point of contact was Jessica, I believe she is the facility manager. Well we moved back to the west side. Things had been financially hard for us and when it was time to go our final bill was looking to be about $800. We didn't have it. So Jessica remembered a policy that we were grandfathered in on. So we promised to be out by such and such date. It took our bill from the $800 to$392. It was labor day weekend and with holiday we were losing a days work. Jessica took the wife to call corporate and they gave is 2 xtra days that were not charged. Btw Jessica I have the cart key and you will see it Monday or Tuesday this week. What can't I say about this place. Nothing derogatory nothing crazy. I guess though they do raise your fees every 6 months. That gets to be a bit much. I would however suggest that when you have a new client let them know in advance that they are required to provide the specific locks that you sell. I have lots of pad locks that i could have used but when i was all done loading my stuff into the unit i had to make another long trip back to my unit after learning that the only locks that are allowed are yours that i had to buy. Which im ok with...but tell me in advance so i can have it with me when im all done and not have to make a separate trip back. There are only two loading areas each accommodates two vehicles which I think is less than adequate for the number of units at the facility. Also at each loafing area there are only two carts to assist with bringing in storage items. What's worse is that carts are chained and locked up. So if your at the facility when the office is closed you can't use the carts, and when the office is open you have to go to get the keys in order to use the carts, which can be annoying if the carts are not where they belong making one go back to the office to retrieve different keys which happened to me.Francis MorrisOctober 25, 2023Google

I went through the online process paid for unit and when I got to the office was told that I could not get into my unit because the internet was down. The worker said that it could be down until next week. My vehicle was full and I had traveled over 20 miles. So I went out to my vehicle to try and figure out what to do next. About ten minutes later the worker came up to my window and told me she got into the system and retrieved my information. Was advised that I had to have a special lock but couldn't get one there so I had to leave and go buy one at Home Depot which cost me more than it would have if the worker would have sold me one. Besides all of that I guess things are ok Not a good to way to start out. Not a really friendly worker. - Nice new facility for a great price and use of a free van for moving day! You can't say that about many storage facilities, you can't beat that deal! Also i commend the fantastic idea of converting the space that was one half of Power Square Mall. I love seeing the mall open still a long with this place helping it out. One recommendation is more carts for moving stuff in and out and also more than 2 parking spots to unload. Also the amazing free van has occupied one of those spaces on more than one occasion when we have had to visit the unit having to wait our turn with one person using the facility. Maybe store the van in another avaliable spot when not in use. Other than that this place deserves its 5 star review. I'm happy we found it!
